Sweet Rolled Tacos puts a special twist on the rolled ice cream trend by putting a roll in a taco. With bright colored waffle shells, unique flavors such as ube and charcoal and many delicious toppings, Sweet Rolled Tacos is an must have experience.
Originally haling from California, Sweet Rolled Tacos has been successful thus far in Utah with locations in St. George, Salt Lake City, and Orem. I visited the newly opened St. George shop located at 250 N, Red Cliffs Dr. #6, St. George, UT 84790. The interior had a bright, clean modern feel and a great bonus is that you can watch your ice cream being made right there in front of you *like teppanyaki.* A perfect place for a first date or for college students to get a sweet fix with friends.
My Experience
When I heard about Sweet Rolled Ice Cream, I knew I had to try it. Ice cream in a taco!? My two favorite things! I got the chocolate peanut butter ice cream with the blue waffle shell. One thing to note is that the shells all taste like a regular waffle cone, no matter what color you get. Make sure to get one that matches your aesthetic, or not, because who really cares how it looks if it’s tasty! And that’s just what this ice cream is. My last observation was that it was a little on the pricy side for a rather small amount at about $7, so you may be paying more for the experience.

Final Thoughts
Sweet Rolled Tacos is a wonderful addition to the ice cream lovers’ state. What a great place to try a new flavor of ice cream or a sweet drink! My personal ratings follow:
